Welcome to Progress Lifeline telecare service.

We have a range of home safety and wellbeing sensors available to help those at home to remain independent in the safest way possible. All our sensors are linked to our 24-hour response centre, which is staffed by fully trained call handlers.

We also offer an emergency responder service: Our responders are on-call 24/7 for when emergency contacts are unavailable or away from home. Response times are 35 minutes on average. We check in on them to make sure they are safe and well, then check the property to ensure it is secure. 

If they have fallen and are uninjured but need help to get back up, our responders are trained to provide a specialist lifting service to get them back on their feet safely and with dignity.
