Progress Lifeline has been delivering personal alarm and telecare services to people throughout Lancashire for over 28 years.

We are committed to helping people to stay in their own homes by offering independent living solutions and a 24/7 response service which gives customers and their families’ peace of mind.

To ensure quality we work to the high standards and targets set by the TEC Services Association, with whom we have been an accredited member since 2006. Each year an independent auditor visits us to make sure we are fulfilling our promise and in 2014, we successfully retained our Platinum Member status. To become a Platinum Member, organisations must:

  • Gain accreditation in every module of the Code of Practice for the services that they provide
  • Answer 98.5% of calls within 60 seconds.
