Providing vital services over the Christmas period

Our Progress Lifeline colleagues across all of our service areas worked over the festive period to continue supporting our 65,000 service users. The Alarm Response Centre teams responded to all activations from lifeline equipment, resulting in a total of 46,588 inbound and outbound calls. Our Emergency Home Responders attended to 761 customers in their homes. Our installers provided cover every day, attending to 76 service users with urgent faults, and our Customer Services Team continued to provide administration and telephone support for lifeline referrals and took 421 calls, as well as processing new referrals.
