Our Alarm Response Centre and our Emergency Home Response teams are open and available 24/7, 365 days a year for all our service users – just press your pendant as usual if you need any help or assistance over the festive season.

The last day for purchasing one of our packages from our e-commerce shop for it to be delivered before Christmas Day is 1pm on Monday 18^th December 2023. You must select the ‘Royal Mail Tracked 24’ option at checkout to receive your item(s) before Christmas Day. Any items ordered after this time will not be processed until Wednesday 3rd January 2024.

Normal operations will resume on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.
