An Invite to Our Family Fun Event at Barton Grange Garden Centre

Come along to the Green Room at Barton Grange Garden Centre on Saturday 24th August, 10:30-15:00 to an event hosted by Progress Lifeline. Entry is free and an opportunity to make memories with all the family, children, parents, & grandparents!

Progress Lifeline will be joined by ‘Just Reminiscing’ to share special memories with your family using interactive sensory reminiscence items and the ‘SteadyOn!’ team who specialise in reducing the risk of falling and will provide free walking stick checks as well as replace worn ferrules for free.

Progress Lifeline will be demonstrating their mobile lifting chairs, personal alarms and monitoring sensors equipment, providing knowledge and information about the service provided.

There will also be a professional photographer taking family photographs of you and your family creating memories together - free of charge.

The day will offer lots of fun activities for all the family to join in including:
- Crafts and colouring in
- Potting plants
- Free digital family photograph
- Competitions and prizes
- Information, advice and guidance about living safe and well
- Assistive lifting, home safety and well-being technology demonstrations
- Vintage objects to bring back memories of days gone by
- Free walking stick checks and damaged and worn ferrules replaced for free

Barton Grange is a wonderful venue and we would love to see as many of you there as possible.

This is a completely free event to raise awareness of Progress Lifeline whilst still doing something fun on the weekend. This family fun event will be a chance for different generations to spend time together making memories, creating take-home items, and learning how Progress Lifeline and related services can provide peace of mind to families by supporting people to live independently and safely at home.
