For our personal pendant alarm and telecare customers, the Progress Lifeline Monitoring Centre will be open as usual at all times over the Christmas period.

You can be reassured that our round- the-clock Monitoring Centre will be open at all times over the Christmas holidays to answer your personal pendant alarm calls and alerts from linked telecare sensors. Our Emergency Home Responders are also on call 24/7 to respond to alerts and falls without injury.

 

For new customer and general enquiries, our offices will close at 12pm on Monday 24th December 2018 and reopen on the 27th December, apart from New Year's Day.
