Our control centre provides professional call monitoring services 24 hour per day, 365 day a year.
We have over 20 years' experience providing excellent services to customers in Independent Living schemes and those using a dispersed alarm and Telecare equipment in their own home.
Our corporate customers include housing associations and local authorities. As well as providing traditional resident call monitoring we also provide out-of-hours reporting, Peace of Mind 4 Carers schemes and homelessness services. We are able to tailor our services to align with the needs of our customers and would be happy to discuss any individual requirements you have.
We have been an accredited member of the Telecare Services Association since 2006 and have received platinum status since 2012. To comply with the audit for the accreditation we work in partnership with Tunstall who ensure that we have a demonstrated disaster recovery process in place and proper maintenance of our call monitoring equipment.
We are also part of the Northern Housing Consortium which means we can access reduced rate maintenance contracts.
