To ensure quality we work to the high standards and targets set by the Telecare Services Association, with whom we have been an accredited member since 2006. Each year an independent auditor visits us to make sure we are fulfilling our promise and in 2014, we successfully retained our Platinum Member status. To become a Platinum Member, organisations must:

  • Gain accreditation in every module of the Code of Practice for the services that they provide
  • Answer 98.5% of calls within 60 seconds
